Our team has been a key part of thousands of construction projects. We work with local governments, large-scale utilities, builders, developers and home renovators to lend our expert help to everything from subdivisions and shop fit-outs to large-scale infrastructure.
In 2019/20 the expansive former Bunnings site in Albury underwent extensive redevelopment. Premier Building and Construction engaged Tonkin to carry out the initial phase of landlord works to develop the site into three large commercial tenancies.
Following on from this preliminary stage, we completed each tenancy fit out to suit major tenants PBC (Amart Furniture Retail and Amart Furniture Warehousing) and Watts Build (Harris Farms Markets).
